Refund & Returns Policy

Following the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the date of product arrival. Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is a “consideration period” and not a “trial period.”
Products that have been opened, used, or are lacking completeness, resulting in the loss of resale value, cannot be returned.
Returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (maintaining the integrity of the returned item, invoice, accessories, inner and outer packaging, sealing film, gifts, etc.).
After-Sales Service Policy
To ensure a smooth after-sales service process and minimize unnecessary issues, please note the following:
- Unboxing Video: For all products requiring after-sales service, please provide an unboxing video. This video must demonstrate the product’s condition and packaging.
- Product Validity: Our after-sales service is limited to products within 7 days of purchase. Products exceeding 7 days will not be eligible for after-sales service.
