Delivery Options Overview

  • Convenient 7-11 Pickup: We offer secure, fast, and convenient delivery through 7-11's store-to-store pickup service.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. You will receive an SMS notification when your package arrives at your chosen 7-11 location.
  • Delivery Guarantee: While we guarantee same-day shipping for orders placed before 1:30 PM, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:30 PM (Taiwan time) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
  • Tracking Your Order: You can track the status of your delivery using your order number. For any delivery-related inquiries, please contact our Line customer service.
  • Weekend Shipping: Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 1:30 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Exchange or Return of Goods

By consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) upon receipt of their order. Please note that this 7-day period is a "consideration period" and not a "trial period."

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition, as this would prevent us from reselling them.

Returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging (including the returned product, invoice, accessories, inner and outer packaging, protective film, and any gifts).

To ensure a smooth after-sales service process and minimize any inconvenience, please take note of the following:
