台灣最受歡迎的 Vape 是什麼?
I recently exported all order data for our Taiwan site up to March 31st, 2025, to conduct a preliminary analysis of the top-performing products in the Taiwanese market. Please note that this initial assessment is based on real-time supply chain inventory and may differ from a more comprehensive analysis with a broader dataset.
What's the Best Vape Product Category in Taiwan?
The order statistics for the beginning of 2025 reveal a significant distribution across the four primary vape product categories in Taiwan:
- Cartridges: Representing a substantial 71.46% of the total 4617 orders.
- Disposables: Following at a distance with approximately 12.43% of the total orders.
- 裝置: Accounting for around 10.44% of the total orders.
- E-liquid: Constituting the smallest segment at approximately 5.67% of the total orders.
Key Insights: Cartridges Reign Supreme
The data indicates a dominant preference or high demand for replacement cartridges among our Taiwanese customers. The overwhelming 71.46% market share suggests that users heavily rely on pod systems or similar devices requiring regular cartridge replacements.
The Convenience Factor: Disposables Gain Traction
While significantly lower than cartridges, 拋棄式吸管 still hold a notable 12.43% of the order share. This points to a considerable segment of the market that values the ease of use and portability offered by disposable vaping products.
Devices: A Steady Demand for Hardware
的 device category, encompassing the main vaping units, accounts for a consistent 10.44% of orders. This figure likely reflects both new vapers purchasing their initial setups and existing users upgrading or replacing their current devices.
E-liquid: A Niche or Bulk Purchase?
The smallest category, 電子液體, at 5.67%, could suggest a few possibilities. Taiwanese customers might purchase e-liquids less frequently than replacement cartridges or disposables. Alternatively, they might be buying larger volumes per purchase, leading to a lower order count but potentially similar overall consumption.

Top Selling Pod Generations Taiwan Q1 2025 : 1st Gen Leads
Based on our order data from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, the top-selling pod generations in Taiwan for our business during this period were:
1st Generation Pods: These were by far the most ordered pod generation, with a total of 2893 units. This indicates a strong demand from our customers in Taiwan for these types of pods during the first quarter of 2025. This could be due to various factors such as established customer preference, potentially lower price points compared to newer generations, or ongoing compatibility with existing devices owned by consumers.
4th-5th Generation Pods: These newer generation pods had a significantly lower order volume during the same period, totaling 397 units. This suggests that while you are stocking more recent pod technologies, the demand for them within our customer base in Taiwan was considerably less than that for the 1st Generation pods during the first three months of 2025. This could be due to factors such as a slower adoption rate for newer technologies, higher price points, or a preference among our existing customer base for older generation devices.
In conclusion, our order data from the first quarter of 2025 (January 1 to March 31) reveals that 1st Generation pods were the top-selling pod generation for our business in Taiwan during this period, significantly outpacing the demand for 4th-5th Generation pods. This information is valuable for inventory management, future purchasing decisions, and understanding the current preferences of our customer base in the Taiwanese market.
Top Vape Flavours in Taiwan (Jan–Mar): What’s Hot & Why
As the vaping market in Taiwan continues to grow, understanding consumer taste preferences is key to staying ahead. Based on order data from online vape stores between January and March, we’ve identified the top five most popular vape flavours among Taiwanese consumers—and explored why they’re in such high demand. From fruity favourites to cultural taste trends, this post dives deep into what’s driving Taiwan’s flavour choices in early 2025.
Flavor names were standardized to Simplified Chinese. Similar flavors (e.g., lychee variations) were grouped. Common mixed flavors (like “peach oolong”) were counted separately, 和 their base components (“peach,” “oolong”) were added to their respective totals (the main list shows these base flavor totals). Non-flavor terms (like colors or packaging) were ignored. “Original” and “tobacco” flavors are in their categories. This method simplifies analysis by focusing on core flavor popularity.
Taiwan’s Top 5 Vape Flavours (Jan–Mar)
- Grape – 220 orders (7.80%)
- Watermelon – 194 orders (6.88%)
- Passion Fruit – 185 orders (6.56%)
- Litchi (Lychee) – 179 orders (6.35%)
- Peach – 178 orders (6.31%)
All five are fruit-based, reflecting a strong consumer preference for sweet, juicy, and refreshing flavours.
Why These Flavours Are So Popular in Taiwan
🟣 葡萄
Grape is a flavour Taiwanese consumers are deeply familiar with—from candies and soft drinks to collagen jelly and even alcoholic beverages like muscat grape wine. Its popularity stems from a combination of nostalgic sweetness, the variety of grape types available (like Kyoho and candy grapes), and its wide presence in everyday snacks. This makes it an easy go-to for vape users seeking something familiar and satisfying.
🍉 西瓜
Watermelon is synonymous with summer freshness in Taiwan. Found in popsicles, fruit ice bars, and bubble tea toppings, it’s a flavour associated with cooling down and hydration. Vapes that capture this crisp, juicy sensation tap into a seasonal craving that feels both refreshing and fun.
🟡 百香果
Taiwanese love passion fruit’s tangy-sweet profile, commonly found in drinks like kombucha and passion fruit teas, or treats like jelly desserts and dried fruit. Its bold and aromatic taste makes it a favourite for those who enjoy a tropical punch in every puff.
🔴 Litchi (Lychee)
Litchi is elegant, floral, and sweet—a luxurious flavour often associated with premium beverages and desserts. From lychee sparkling wine to fruit jellies and limited-edition soft drinks, lychee appeals especially well to younger consumers looking for something delicate yet distinctive.
🍑 桃子
Whether it’s the famous mountain-grown peaches from Lala Shan or peach-flavoured soft drinks and candies, peach is a staple flavour in Taiwan’s food culture. Its soft sweetness and fruity aroma make it a gentle yet indulgent choice for vaping.
Cultural Influence: Why Taiwan Loves Fruity Flavours
Fruity flavours dominate Taiwan’s snack and beverage scene, especially among younger demographics. According to research, Taiwanese youth favor processed fruit products like juices and dried fruit due to convenience and perceived health benefits. The vaping market follows this trend closely, offering fruity options that feel both familiar and fun.
Notably:
- Grape and Peach echo the flavour profile of childhood candies.
- 西瓜 feels refreshing and seasonal.
- Passion Fruit and Lychee offer exotic, tropical tones popular in upscale drinks.
Tea-Based Vape Flavours Also On the Rise
While fruit dominates, Taiwan’s strong tea culture is also influencing vape flavour trends. Green tea, Oolong, Longjing, and Tieguanyin are becoming more common in both drinks and vape pods. These flavours appeal to health-conscious consumers and those who appreciate Taiwan’s tea heritage.
- 鐵觀音: A classic roasted oolong with floral notes.
- 龍井: Nutty, green, and clean—based on premium Chinese green tea.
- Oolong: Rich and varied, depending on fermentation levels.
These are especially popular among mature users or those who seek a more refined vaping experience.
The first quarter of 2025 shows a clear trend: Taiwanese vapers love fruity, juicy, and familiar flavours. Grape, Watermelon, Passion Fruit, Lychee, and Peach remain undefeated favourites, reflecting broader preferences in food and drink. However, don’t overlook the rising appeal of tea-inspired flavours that bridge tradition with modern vaping culture.
